It was great to play at this fabulous Wedding celebration recently in the grounds of stunning Leeds Castle in Kent.
My clients Rachel and Emma opted for the JONNY HEPBIR QUARTET WITH CLARINET & SAXOPHONE to provide the perfect ambiance for their amazing day.
The weather was amazing and due to outside volume restrictions at the venue, the band played a couple of entirely acoustic sets for our happy couple and their guests.
Playing acoustic is never a problem, it's something we've done many times over the years. There's something really special about the sound of an all-acoustic line-up that really works on many levels. It's ideal for venues with sound restrictions and for smaller gatherings.
We played a selection of American Song Book standards, some groovy Latin Bossas and mixed it up with our trade-mark Gypsy Jazz swing classics.
Guests enjoyed the Champagne and canapes and even took to the floor for a few numbers. A great afternoon in a marvelous setting!

My ensembles start from Solo Gypsy Jazz Guitar then up to Duo, Trio, Quartet and Quintet. Each band line-up has different instrumentation to choose from so that you can have your ideal musical backdrop to suit your requirements.
