Three public Gypsy Jazz style gigs this weekend, the 8th & 9th June. Three very different line-ups on offer in Kent and Sussex, all FREE ENTRY! so come along for musical treats with some excellent musicians.
The first is in Margate, Kent at the fabulous Fez Micropub in the High Street. The whole weekend sees many different bands playing in celebration of Phil, the owner's birthday.
To kick things off on Saturday 8th June at 1pm, METRO VIPERS will be taking to the Fez waltzer and dishing out their own style of Gypsy Jazz and Jazz mixed up with a bit of Rock n' Roll but with a few surprises...if you're in Thanet, come on down for japes.

Next up, on Sunday 9th June at Trading Boundaries near Uckfield, East Sussex. This is a popular, regular brunch time jazz event starting at 11.30am in the Elephant Cafe and finishing at 2pm.
This will feature a performance by the JONNY HEPBIR TRIO but with an interesting line-up variation of guitar, violin and accordion. Expect sparks to fly when the music starts.
Jonny Hepbir on guitar joined by old friends and virtuoso musicians, Frank Biddulph on violin and Nigel Broderick on accordion.
The last event of the day also on Sunday 9th June at 5.30pm, sees the JONNY HEPBIR QUINTET take to the stage to close the popular Henfield Garden & Arts Weekend, in Henfield West Sussex.
This performance is also set to be a corker with the full band providing the backdrop for some swing-dancing and general merriment.
