After an amazing weekend playing around Kent it was fab to end with a chilled garden party booking for the lovely folk at beautiful Godinton House near Ashford.
Two private parties, a wedding and a set for Revelation Ashford for JONNY HEPBIR SWING JAZZ GUITARIST all in Kent and as luck would have it, all within 40 minutes of each other!
Godinton House is a wonderful example of the 'Garden Of England' name you see on all the signs when you come into Kent. It has magnificently kept examples of nature at it's best within the grounds of the house. You can seriously spend days here and see something new every time. Highly recommended.
It was a pleasure to play for everyone and the perfect event to end my hectic weekend on.
This coming Bank Holiday weekend I have two public gigs in Kent with a JONNY HEPBIR QUARTET private party booking in London in the middle.
The first is this Friday 26th August 8pm at the super Eats n' Beats Cafe located at 2-3 The Broadway, Addington Street in Ramsgate.
The food is top notch here and booking is highly recommended, although you're more than welcome to just have a few drinks whilst listening to the music, come on down!

This is a new project and we're both keen to get out and about but so far we've both been pretty busy with our main bands. So currently, this is a rare opportunity to catch our swinging sounds!
For the Red Lion jazz Sundays, everyone generally sits opposite on the green with picnic blankets etc, really makes for a nice atmosphere.
