On Christmas Day I had the pleasure of playing a couple of sets with bassist Simon Russell at the Hilton Metropole in Brighton, Sussex.
This has been a regular booking for a good few years now and as it's a nice lunchtime slot we're back with our families by late afternoon to enjoy the rest of the festive day.
We played plenty of Christmas Swing favourites for the season and generally had a fab time playing for everyone. Here's a picture from the day just before people came in.
